the God who is organiser of this event :D (hope i don't get in trouble, don't hold me to it haha)
Haha I wont and I hope Steve doesn't either. I'll ask later when everything is ready and I can start thinking of extras like tyres and such. But in the mean time I'll look else where as well thanks Tree.

Fitting 4 tyres on the passenger side (no seat) of an AW11 is definately possible since it's been done hehe.

Yeah, I did it. Passenger seat had to go, stacked 4 in there and 1 still had to go under the bonnet.

Still looks like you can fit one more on top!

If I remove the passenger seat and door trim, I can fit a set of four 275/35R15 tyres. So as long as they are 14" or 15" you can fit pretty much anything in there

I could, but couldn't see the passenger mirror (was driving in peak hour) and the seat belt strap wouldn't go over the top :(

Could have bungied a couple on the engine cover too!

Spare semi's? I will see what I can do. Mine will be running a new set of whatever I get my hands on so the two sets of NT01's will be available. Ian, Admin also have some old tyres lying around and so do some of the other guys so we will put something together to make it more affordable. I don't like seeing people wasting too much money on the trackday.
In saying that, I have spent 100's of hours and god knows how much on car prep and organizing it..

You Adub owners need to buy a tyre trailer and fit a little towbar! It would look very cool and be pretty effective.

Zerogk: Is your car now tuned up with the new turbo? Output?
Knightous: Gearbox installed?

Not yet, still at the gearbox place getting the 5th/6th gears pulled off the gear cluster so I can do the rest. Will be delayed into December now as we will be shifting into the house :D Next week I'm probably ordering a hoist so that will make preparation for the MTC even easier!

thanks Steve if you cant do it then you cant simple as that but if you try for my sake thanks.

I'm looking into a car trailer so I can bring tools and such but at this rate its all down to money getting a towbar installed ain't cheap then getting a boxed trailer becausing towing my dual axle one will be a killer. mate offered to come with me and his evo but until its set in stone ain't holding my breath.

Knight: so its possible then awesome and yea need space just strap them down on roof and engine lid got room might as well use it might fit a toolbox in as well. :) well if I go down this route I will take some pictures of test fitment for sure. (just so we can all laugh at it).

No worries SAW4397. What tools are you planning on bringing? As you are coming from the other side of the country, I'm sure I speak for all the people coming along that we can help with tools. I usually bring everything in sight as do one or two others. This includes, spanners, electrical kit, spare axle cages, spare axles, ball joints, gaff tape, various hoses, brake fluid, coolant , oil, fuel cans. There is a hoist at the track if required along with welding equipment and more. Best to work out what you can fit in the car (test run this week) then let us know what you need.
You will need to test fit some rims and let us know what you need. Mine are 38mm/8"/9"/17"
I'm pretty sure Highlander has some spare rims (16"s).
There is another track about 20 min from Wakefield which you should check out while you are in town. Makes it worth you while.
Have you talked with some of the other guys in W.A. about joining you? There are some pretty serious cars over there.

Knightous: A hoist. I would like to see that! Hope it all comes together.

SAW: Don't be afraid to run some good street tires if you can't afford semi's. A set of 205/50R15 Federal 595-RSR's or KU36's will give still net you some decent times at the track with an AW11 :)

Steve: well I was just gonna bring all I had which are just some hand tools. I think you guys will be more prepared then me and if you don't mind sharing then that's okay i just done like imposing on people. and for tyres just running anything i can really 15's if i can get a set whatever is cheaper. I was just gonna get some lancer stockies to drive on to get over there because i think in the end with my suspension setup dialing in as much camber as possible before leaving i reckon after 3,700kms they might be a bit worn in areas. hence the second set i wanna mount after getting there so i can use those and then chuck back on the stockies for the return trip :) well thats the plan i just worried of anything happening between. And ill ask around see if anyone is keen to tag along with me it is gonna be a bit of a trek alot of people are asking why I'm doing it but hey it shall be fun and i have my own reasons.

Ive been trying to get some quotes and most places but yea. even like you said some nice street ones will do i might look into those see what i can get. but budget is that major thing here with out much coming in things are slowing down. hoping to sort that out soon.
