I made an exhaust for it tonight. Has all the essentials will paint it black sometime.

Baby steps for now will not have any time off from work the coming months :(.

What engine you got in this at the mo mate?

My brother painted it for me while I was at work. Pretty happy with the exhaust considering it was all recycled parts.

I miss the MR2 life.

Yay for MR2 appreciation! 
Especially when compared to an 86.  They don't make 'em like they used to...

The 86 is still my favourite by far. However the MR2 has a different, more retro appeal.

I bought a 1996 3VZ-FE Toyota Camry Vienta on Friday afternoon for peanuts. Engine burns no oil or coolant and idles beautifully. (Plenty of grunt!)
 
Progress:
Engine is a few nuts, bolts and plugs away from being pulled out of the camry.
 
Plans:
Keeping my S54 gearbox as I already have a quaiffe lsd in there. 
Elongating the  bolt holes on my lightweight TODA 3sge flywheel. 
Modifying the v6 extractors (Have read that this frees up a bit of power).
Advance timing and commit to 98 octane only.
Retain factory airbox if possible.
Find a way to keep aircon.
