This is what the car looked like when I first bought it in June 2004;

It looks like all my posts from the old forum didn't come across so here are some shots from my old showroom thread;

Hey mate that SW20 looks serious! The MR2 really belongs on the track :)
Just curious what kind of suspension/coilovers you are running and wheels (rim brand/weight, tyre diameter and width). Does a Rev 5 spoiler make a difference at those high speeds? Seems like there's a bit of aero mods to the front of the car as well

It has Tein coilovers. The front wheels are EVO5 17x7.5 and the rears are 17x9 Bok Choi cheapies from a Supra. I suppose that the rev5 wing would make a difference though I haven't compared it to anything else yet. The new wing should definitely give a lot more down force. I'm currently designing a front splitter to keep the front down as well. It should feel much different on the track.
I have a dyno tune booked at Unigroup next Wednesday night as I have just fitted 1000cc injectors and am now running E85 fuel. I'm expecting 220kW at the wheels @ 20psi.
After that I'll be putting it back on the track for practice after more than 2 years off the track! I can't wait.

Sounds good, looks like you've got it all sorted out. Downforce is something that would def help with the MR2 as some ppl have said it's quite scary at 180km/h +. Hope everything goes well at the dyno tune bossman!
P.S Where you the one chasing that HSV Coupe on youtube? Out braked every corner :D

Yes that's my car though with a mate driving it. It was quite rudimentary and low on power back then.

If that was "rudimentary" I can't wait to see what you've got in store
