The thought occurs though, perhaps I could be more than a fifth wheel. I'm a writer and occasional motoring journalist (albeit for octogenarians with ear-hair like the RAC and Eco Car); what if I wrote a piece for the website? Perhaps comparing MR2 generations, and getting each owner's view on what drew them to their model?

I'm sure everyone will have something to say about their car.
Getting certain people to stay on track however may prove challenging... Ahem, (chase_d), Ahem! ;)

In all seriousness though, we should document these cruises in some way from now on.
I used to run cruises fairly frequently for an old club I used to belong to, and was always taking video and photos much to everyone's enjoyment, (annoyance).
Writing something would be a fun idea, and you could put it on here for everyone to read.
Write whatever you want, as long as it's flattering, or we'll be re-enacting scenes from that 'Death Race' movie! ;)

Haha, it's cool - don't bite the hand that feeds, I know! ;) If you're taking along decent cameras, that should work nicely (as opposed to my cheap camera phone!).

My video camera is very decent, but the still camera is just a point and shoot.
It still takes a very decent photo though...

Cruise is Definately sunday (weekends are easier for 98% of people) only chance a  weekday cruise would happen if it were a night one, and im rediculous with directions (yes I admit that and am organising a cruise _ so will keep it sunday.
