Try Road and Track, or Lithia Toyota. 
 
BTW I believe the rear LH and RH cables are the same but they come with different brackets, hence the different P/N's

Two's R US have them. Just tell them the year & the cable you are after. I purchased the exact hand bake cable you require, from Twos R Us 9 years ago & they were a spot on fit, still working like new today.

I bought new left and right cables directly from my local Toyota dealer. No hassle, and they arrived quickly.
As redtarga said, the left and right cables are identical apart from the brackets which you don't even have to use.

Toyota sells them brand new for a decent price. Better then using second hand units that already have wear.

i bought mine off mr2ben about 9 weeks ago brand new and they were half the price of Toyota and took 10 days to get to me Toyota had to get them ex japan and said 2 to 3 weeks
