You need a smaller master cylinder or larger slave cylinder.

Okay slow going with uni and work, but today I pulled the engine out (for the 10th time) after measuring up mounts, this is how I am planning on reinforcing where the front mount will be. What are peoples thoughts?

Its been a while but since being on holidays I've had a little free time. Adapter plate is now fully done, also finished off welding the driveshaft mount that I have been working on for a while. Next in line is finishing off the engine mount, then it will be ready for plumbing!

Ok folks, I am now the proud owner of this wonderful machine and thought I would post an update.

This F20C powered SW20 is now rocking a set of late model turbo SW20 brakes and 1 inch master cylinder on the standard booster (will upgrade boosters at some time).  It has an APEXI AFC-NEO (signal highacker) to smooth out the fuel curve, unfortunately it doesn't modify the timing so it's not really giving a noticeable power increase but one day when the $$$ permit I will upgrade computers.

I have modified the exhaust and it flows much better but mostly to make the car sound better, and it sounds fantastic now!

After a fairly recent track event at Queensland Raceway the clutch plate literally disintegrated so I have had NPC build a custom clutch to suit this setup, with a new S54 box and helical LSD.  Sadly it is still a 3.9 diff ratio which doesn't suit this engine at all, but fingers crossed there may be an improvement on the horizon.

Still working on some maintenance issues, but am almost there.
