clocked up about 160km yesterday after a bit of a detail and clean.

the right speaker wasnt working, so i pulled the door off and found some Kicker splits in the doors :)
10" MTX sub behind the passenger
and the amp under the passenger seat.... can't remember what brand though.
crappy panasonic headunit... but you get that.

it has the EL indiglo gauges... in green... but they are temperamental... they have two brightness settings that it just decides to switch to whenever it feels like it.

just went down to the drags tonight.... had an absolute ball

dropped the pressures down to 20 psi.... and managed 14s.... not very consistent. ranging from 14.9 to 14.2!
my starts are still pretty shocking though.

unfortunately (in a first for the darwin drag racing era) the strip copped a lightning strike and fried some of the timing gear. as a result, we had no time slips.
however.... the pdf is online.

yeah. sorry, i got the car up here, took one look at the turbo and saw 'toyota CT26' so i think its pretty obvious it isn't a GT30.....
still waiting on receipts to see what exactly it was that he did to it.
and yes, it was tyre pressures

I've got that same cd player in my mr2 dont knock it it has a poo pooload of rca leads off the back of it. I think there a comp series unit, but like you mine was also in the car when I brought it.

well ive already replaced mine....

got myself an alpine unit (eh, it was cheap) with an ipod connection.... all i wanted was for it to be able to charge and play the iphone.
