Nice work!!

Where is the dump cracking?

Why cant you run the upgraded pump on the stock fuel rail?

Cheers

Arty - heres some light reading for you. its the Fuel primer done by Wolfkatz. a company in the US that specialise in fuel rails/fuel systems.

If you aren't a member... you should be! (but i dont think it will let you see it otherwise)

Thanks Dylan, quite happy with how its going. I need to fix a few things, but that will happen in Adelaide.

I've also just purchased this. To replace the A-pillar Gauge. The next step will be the powerFC and controller to monitor everything else. (not keen on gauges everywhere)

Bit of an update...

The car loves the cooler, drier weather. definitely more powerful.

The Gen 3 conversion is still holding strong, and i'm getting about 350-400km to a tank.....
The dump pipe hasn't cracked, the fujitsubo sounds absolutely amazing... (but now i have two very nice black patches on my driveway)

I've been toying with some of the E85 mixes as others have done aslo. it makes a very very big difference at 20%, and definitely feels 'sluggish' on standard 98. I also bumped the hiflowed Ct26 to 18psi on the ethanol.... that was amazing.

However, the honeymoon period is over. I am a fulltime student, and savings are kind of diminishing. Apparently i'm not enough of a student for Centrelink, and the MR2 is now feeling somewhat abandoned.

mods have halted, and it's down to basic maintenance to keep it running. :(

Keep up the good work ZMIT! I can say this thing pulls hard and sounds like a jet at full boost from behind  - awesome
Need to get my hands on some more E-flex too, definitely gives the MR2 more zing! 98 just doesn't cut the mustard im afraid!!
This makes me wanna spend more money on mine now haha...need more POOOOOWWWWER!!!!!

did you end up getting that second gen3 MAP sensor. also the O2 sensor working now?

which company made the patch harness? i know berk and phoenix tuning make some

No, i only got the one MAP sensor.
as for the O2 sensor... that is still causing me grief as well. I haven't looked into it too much, but even with the second one it is showing an ECU code. (21 i think?)

I have checked continuity in the wires, and confirmed the pinouts from a few sources. I just can't pick it.

It was Berk that made the harness. They were adamant that it wasn't their problem. regardless of the market and year differences, some of the common wires weren't even in the correct spot.

Thanks Josh, we'll have to swap cars some time so we can get a different perspective. (or i can? I don't know if you have already :P)
