I have just realized that I also can't seem to download many of the other articles as well.

Hi ReddTarga, Some of them are PDF which open in a new window then you can save them to your computer
 
Others are html Web sites (Error Codes for example) and will not save as a pdf.
 
I had no problems opening any of them.

I am using Firefox and I can't open some tech files at all.
Some open in something called Nitro PDF but pictures are missing.
