Wheels fitment's a very contentious topic. As I always mention in these discussions, one 17x8 +35 wheel, may actually measure very differently to a different wheel with the same width offset.
Width and offset only refer to the tyre mounting surface and offset the point at which the wheel mounts to the hubs.
Different rims have differ sized lips, so one rim may actually stick out a lot more if the lip is a larger lip.
Best is still if possible to find out the exact wheel you're after, and seeing what someone else has done with them.
In general the wheel calculator is a useful guide, but i wouldn't rely on it.
