Just a reminder Rick (if indeed you even know about it)...
 
Before you try to mount the BEAMS in the car, don't forget that you'll need to slightly modify the strut tower on the driver's side to make a couple of extra millimetres of clearance for the engine. Otherwise, you'll find the cam belt covers will rub against the chassis. 
 
There are some pics on Mandalay's build thread on the BEAMS forum that will show you exactly where the extra space has to be made. He did it by cutting a small section of the strut tower out, the filled the hole with a custom made piece of carbon fibre with a slightly flattened face. My mechanic simply made a tiny bit of extra room by carefully "adjusting" the face of the strut tower with a ball-end hammer and a can of touch up paint. You'd never even notice if was there.

Thanks Mike, but my sdub is far from immaculate lol. The front bumper in particular annoys me. I couldn't really afford the strut braces, but i did want to get them one day and these were too good to pass on.

Good move buying the TRD strut braces Rick. They're a 'must have' item in my book.
 
I was also going to mention, the engine mounts that came in your half cut will be a stiffer compound than the standard Bathurst ones. If they're still in good condition, you should use those when you put your Red Top in. All the Toyotas with BEAMS used slightly firmer mounts to cope with the extra HP apparently. They'll also keep your engine from moving around and hitting the strut tower.
 
 

Engine is in and all engine bay connections are done.
Tomorrow I'm re-installing the axles, exhaust and all the other underneath bits.
Then it's re-pin the ecu time :)
I've still gotta do fluids etc, but it's getting there.
Everything has gone smoother than i expected so far.
