On the dyno I got 110rwkw, which is a bit lower than a standard redtop beams since I'm running greytop headers but I guess the unfair advantage would be having a better torque curve thanks to VVTi. Beams and V6 should be roughly even so if V6 is tubby class then so be it.
Interior is stock although the factory sub behind passenger seat was already gone when I bought the car. Tyres are stock 15s as stated before. Or did you mean keeping the spare tyre up front?
Just fyi no grudges or anything here, I enjoy these (master) debates because it stimulates the competitive spirit that is deeply rooted in our fundamental nature as men :D (unless it gets out of hand)

No worries Tree. You must remove the wheel before entering the track. You should also remove anything that could go flying. Wheel brace, jack, whatever is in the glovebox etc. This goes for all classes.
I will make sure you are in Adrian's class so you can pass him on the straights and lose him in the corners!
  

I have just made up a list from enquiries and entries. If all sign up it will be 30+ entries with 20 MR2's.
This has not included Club participation which I hope to see. After spending time with the clubs at the National last month, it would be great to do the same again in Jan 2014.
 
I have been looking at the Hankook Z221's. They are on ebay for a fair price and would be a good choice for any trackday.

Dont think I have put my hand up for this yet , but I definitely plan on coming again. Will try and do some work on the car before the day before the event.

I had a call today from someone who received a flyer I handed out. It's a father and son combo who will be bringing a beautifully presented AW11 SC and a 370Z. Great to see the flyers are working. Will be handing out a few more next week. I have been in conversation with the AE86 guys who are interested in joining us.
Looks like the Mod Street class will be pretty busy.
There will be some changes in the next week to the reg's and more detail on the running of the two days. Its very important that everyone studies the schedule so there are no hiccups.
As there are four tracks used on the first day, everyone needs to be ready to go when their session starts so we don't fall behind.
I have some plans for the photo shoot which will be finalized in the coming days.
If there are people interested in being the media man by taking a 1000 shots over the two days please put your hand up.
 
Please don't leave your entries too long as it make it pretty difficult with planning and sleeping!
 
 
 
 

Well not very fast lol but I haven't tracked since March. Last time was around the low 1:50s, with better suspension and driving I think mid 1:40s possible, lower with good coils and A050s...

Come on Tree, what are the times? If you have video footage you can work out your times from there or go to www.natsoft.com.au to find the timing results.
 

Well on the stock suspension, RE002 tyres I was getting 1:52s. (Test and tune session 3/4). I was sliding all over the place with those tyres, well that's my excuse :P
