I'm going to remove my high flowed CT26 from my MR2 race car soon, and I was thinking about fitting it to my ST205 GT4, which (I think) has a standard CT20b.
Are they a straight swap? If not, what needs to be changed?

The manifold mount is the same.
The dumppipe flange is the same SHAPE but the CT20B has an extra stud. You can remove the stud and it will still bolt to the CT26 dump pipe with the same CT26 gasket.
I did see something about the oil feed fittings being a different size (link to Randomity's post)


I have another question on this though. Has anybody found the limits of highflowing a CT20B?
I have an EXTREMELY oversized CT26 (GT35) and would like to swap turbine housings to a highflowed CT20B housing as it flows better. It seems the housing has far less meat on it to mill out though.

the oil pipe is different. the CT20  range used much smaller/lighter components. almost nothing internally . interchanges. the smaller shaft size and different hosuing makes 'hi-flowing" using a simple bigger wheel a bit more complicated, but not impossible. i did a couple on engines making well over 200kw. if you want a mega HP engine, dont use a Toyota CT turbo
 

Im in the same boat.
Have a gen 3 with a ct26 but the dp has the gen 3 o2 sensor bung. So i bought the berk downpipe with the o2 bug. The berk has the 7 bolts to manifold,but my oem manifold has 6.i was thinking about getting the 6 bolt gasket. Will it leak if i do this?

^^ 6 bolt gasket works fine, never had one leak yet. Just purchase a decent quality one. ..not cheap Chinese ebay gasket.

Amamyama, partsouq, etc are usually the cheapest way to get OEM gear

I know this is an old thread, but I just found some photos I took from when I fitted up a CT20B to my Gen2.  In all photos CT26 is on the left, CT20B on the right.  I used the original CT26 dump pipe, oil pipe, support bracket and heat shields, and all required changes are shown.  Hope they are useful to someone.
