I'm surprised there's no comments here....
The manifold mount is the same.
The dumppipe flange is the same SHAPE but the CT20B has an extra stud. You can remove the stud and it will still bolt to the CT26 dump pipe with the same CT26 gasket.

I have another question on this though. Has anybody found the limits of highflowing a CT20B?
I have an EXTREMELY oversized CT26 (GT35) and would like to swap turbine housings to a highflowed CT20B housing as it flows better. It seems the housing has far less meat on it to mill out though.
