As above, if you really want to go down the supercharged route you're still better off starting with a turbo engine and driveline. Lower compression ratio to suit boost, bigger injectors to support fuel, stronger transmission and driveshafts to handle your torque, ECU setup that can handle boost, etc.
In fact its probably a good idea to swap over the turbo setup and get it running, then organise the supercharger setup to swap on.
You might then even realise its not worth removing a turbo to put on a supercharger :D
