you CAN fuel 200rwkw with the stock pump but it's got to be close to its limit.

i use the stock pump and 800CC injectors and i might get away with it cause bigger injectors means i don't need as much fuel pressure.... but if the pump dies im screwed.... part f why i wanted A/F ratios at the dyno day.

My pump might be already upgraded so i might chuck it on the dyno and see how we go once the tuning starts?

Gen 3 injectors, are they straight swap? Anyone got any they want to get rid of.. Worth a try.

I think DVST8R runs that ECU and makes well over 200, so i'd say you'll be fine with that one. Dylan?

DVST8R has a Haltech now, and about 230kw. I can't remember what he had before, but eManage does ring a bell, and he did have about 200kw before.

Thanks Rob, i knew something didn't look right there. i think he was making 201 with the eManage, 230 is the haltech + Bigger turbo + fans on the engine lid i seem to remember, can't find his build thread.

Might be a good idea to have your gen2 fuel rail bored out larger as well if your going for larger injectors and pump.
A few people recommend it based on some testing done a while ago from Wolfkatz Engineering. I think Road and track in QLD do this.

Probably not going to see 200rwkws these days on a CT20b. Things are old and dont like being pushed that hard. 190ish is more realistic.

Fuel pumps only a pain if you do not have hoist access.

215rwkws on a stock turbo is either a good highflow or a bolt on upgrade like a K1 or similar.

sorry my mistake... was his high flowed CT26 not CT20.

here's the figures for his 3 sw20 turbos...

CT26, ~130kw @ 14psi
CT20b, ~160kw @ 16-17psi.
my modified CT26, ~215kw @ 19psi

If my ct20b is only capable of 160kw, there is no point in upgrading the injectors and pump...

not to say that's the MOST you can achieve... but it's wahat his was putting out... the CT20 can get a  bit more with that as its still efficient running a little more boost for starters. But yeah you may run into the limit of the stock turbo before the stock fuel system.

can anyone remember how many lbs of air the CT20 can flow??? roughly multiply it by 10 and you get your max theoretical horsepower.... ROUGHLY. so a turbo that will flow 55lbs like a GT3076 will support up to ABOUT 550hp....  3071 is about 45lbs and about 450hp... from memory.

I started with 162.5 in stock
A few more mods later ended up with 211, so yeah not the limit of their capacity.

Mmmm.

Might just chuck it on dyno as is, tune it with emanage ultimate and see how we go.

Possibly standard fuel pump and standard 440c iniectors with ct20.

18-19psi, whatever the tuner is happy with (im happy with 20 for all i care) and whatever it spits out, enjoy it. Sounds like a plan

Quietly hoping for 190kw
