Hey guys.

I need opinions of what is the best way to achieve approximately 200 rear wheel killowats.

Car:
1991 gen2

Current mods:
Full exhaust, hd clutch, ct20 turbo, upgraded intercooler, apexi intake, boost T & boost cut defender running 15psi.

Aim: to achieve 200kw, car will be driven daily with small amount of thrashing, no track work.

Opinions on where to go on from here would be appreciated so go for it pls!

Also two questions:
-is emanage ultimate good enough?
-can ct20 achieve 200rwkw?

Do you know how much power it is currently putting out?
You'll definately need to change the stock fuel pump and stock 440cc injectors.

mates track car put out 215 on a ct20... but it MAY have been high flowed, i'm not 100% sure.

the power primer gives you a good idea of the limits of each area.. fuel, air and ignition.

As is, with the car running rich, the car made 165kw.

-what kw do the injectors max out roughly (what are the standard injectors good enough for kw wise?)
What injectors are good enough for 200kw?

-same question for fuel pump as im not sure weather or not the fuel pump is standard/aftermarket?
What pump is recommended?

Cheers mate

CT20b's can make that power but they're pretty much at their limit.

Injectors you want to run the 540cc gen3 ones as a minimum, and fuel pump a walbro 255lph one should do the job.

We sell the walbros for $115 each (fitting kits not included).

I think DVST8R runs that ECU and makes well over 200, so i'd say you'll be fine with that one. Dylan?

PUMP is a PITA.
if your going for a Aftermaket ECU then better to go standalone rather than piggyback.
165kw for  stock ecu is pretty good for all those mods.

DVST8R has a Haltech now, and about 230kw. I can't remember what he had before, but eManage does ring a bell, and he did have about 200kw before.
