Curious comment.  Or have I just been lucky enough to find ALL the easy ones?  In my experience the hardest part of the job is getting it to bleed properly, and even then I've possibly been luckier than most - I have read the horror stories . . .

I had seen that thread Monika, but at $220 for the rebuild I figured it'd be cheaper to go new especially if they can be had for $74 as WIDEMR2 mentioned.
 
Dennis how long has it taken you in the past? Maybe the toyota guys should come to you for some advice!

Actually, I do have fairly long thin fingers - plus very useful flex spanners.  From memory my best time for the full job ( replace both master and slave cylinders, and bleed) came in just under 1 hour from car on hoist to car off hoist.
 
Incidentally, that was an SW NA, on a two poster hoist, and with no rusted in bolts or clips anywhere.
