Chasing a set of 540cc Gen 3 3S-GTE injectors, or 550's from a 13b FD RX-7 or 550's from 2JZ-GTE, etc, etc.
Anything plug and play and around that mark is good.
Located Adelaide, happy to pay postage.

Hey joe, when you say plug n play what motor / gen etc are you using?

I am sure you know, but just a FYI, not all injectors are exactly plug n play (low impedance, high impedance, ECU, most importantly flow rate of the fuel rail / mods you have; as drop in 550s into a gen2 fuel rail doesn't work - major lean out in the gen2 fuel rail at 4mm, gen3 6mm, recommended 8mm for higher boost, and other factors).

Rob just picked up some cheap 800cc or 850cc brand new less than $75 each off eBay. If you want more details pm me and I will get you the description of the listing.

My set up is for sale $600, but it's top of the line stuff, bored fuel rail, dual input, fast response sard injectors.

Hi Tony

I'm currently running a Gen 2 3S-GTE, but the 550's are in preparation for a Gen 3 electronics swap
I've got the ECU and all other sensors, but need injectors since the stock Gen 2 ones won't be enough, obviously
13b FD and the 550 2J ones both have the correct impedance unless my information is wildly incorrect, and as far as I know at least ZMIT used his stock Gen 2 rail for the same upgrade.
I don't plan on running super high boost though this setup, if I did I'd probably move onto a standalone ECU as it is, and go larger injectors, etc again

That said, if your rail and injector setup is for sale, I may consider it, although it may be cheaper for me to just get the injectors and bore out my rail another 2mm, i don't plan on running more than ~15 pound though my car since it's still a street car

Arent the 13b injs top feed tho? Gen3 injs are plug and play for gen2, multiple people have done it with the required ecu changes as well.

Fd primary injectors are side feed 550cc injectors. The secondaries are 850s with a slightly different design.

Ah, yeh i just did a quick google. They look a bit different to 3s injs tho. Do they fit and seal correctly in a 3s rail?

I just find it odd ive not heard about this option before.....

From what I've been made aware, they fit fine, although I'm now not chasing them in favour of other supporting mods.
