If you don't mind me asking how much did the wrapping cost? and did you do it yourself?

Vynil costs around $350-400 I bought porous one which is easier to apply on the surface and get rid of bubbles. It was 1.5m by 12m sheet.
Yes I did it myself. Better to start with easiest things like bonnet, lid and roof. Bumpers are most difficult parts  especially rear one.
Nothing difficult. Passion and accuracy makes good job.
I hope I still have a link to ebay vynil seller  he is a good guy and he can cut the sheet if you need it. PM me if interested.

that 3M Di-Noc carbon fibre stuff if pretty good, bought some to cover the top of my centre console box, turned out well!
also needs a rear spoiler too :P

Goodluck with the sale. Selling cars is a hit & miss. Sometimes takes a day, other times a year.
 
Not to be an a$$, but personally if I were looking (already have an MR2 of course), the bit that'd probably put me off yours is the silver/chrome strips. That's just me to be honest. Truthfully, I think if you had those bits matching & advertised the car on other forums like jdmst etc with some more flashy photos, you may get a bite.

Thanks for the advice. Chrome strips might be too flashy. Modern cars getting more and more chrome parts.  However MR2 is from other era.

What colour is the car under the wrap?

it is black.
Now I'm pulling the vynil off and fixing all paint inperfections.
I'll update the photos when job is done.

Fixed the paint and renewed the rego. Now it is till Aug 2013
Price have risen a bit due to new rego.

Looks alot better! I love the chrome dials! Been thinking to get some myself!
