Found that built 1mz I was talking about. Supposedly you need to join the group and be accepted by admin to see pics. But check it out. It's in Australia somewhere and supposedly there's another set of Itb's. Would be amazing if someone reproduced them for us all. Some info and more pics in the comments.

The throttle likage gear looks a lot like efi hardware gear, but I dont know of them doing anything like that.

I recently purchased some more goodies. Including brakes off a 94 model and braided lines.

Made a big difference! The pedal feel is much better and it pulls up a bit quicker too!

Added benefit is that they fill the wheels more
