NOTE TO FUTURE READERS: These are the dyno results for my OLD engine mods.

I picked up my car from MRC again today.
This is with the tune that is currently in the ECU, with a 20psi boost level that I am very happy and comfortable with:

Thanks mate.

Just to emphasize...before the tuning began, my thought process was "if 20psi gives me a decent number, I'll leave it at that. If not, I'll go up to 23psi at the most". I'm very happy with the result at 20psi (anything over 260kw was all I wanted), which is why I didn't push MRC to get more out of it. I would rather have more confidence that my engine will last longer, instead of having slightly more power than my target. I might change my mind down the track, but for now I'm very happy with it.

You do have the PWR cooler i cant remember the size you got was it the 6x8 ?

Do have ability to measure effectiveness ? i.e air temp into the Turbo and exit of the Intercooler.

Curious as while in QLD i saw another design that PWR customized for the Rotrex dealer for this beast > 800 RWHP and it was only 6 inches squared.

Im looking at replacing the Bosch water pump i have with a Johnson one. Man they showed me the difference in temperature with the bigger flow of water and i was impressed. The temperature recovers very quickly

Mine works very good just dont know how good it will be with the bigger SC but the new SC will generate less heat as it will be spinning slower.

I have vital alarm set points that will turn on the OEM check light and SLM on the steering wheel if exceeded.
One of them is > 50 degrees IAT. With a lot of spirited driving and especially in the hot weather we had,  it didnt go off, which i am pleased
Other sensors joined in the alarm display are Engine and oil temp, Rotrex oil temp and knocking

Just a photo that I like which was taken at the April monthly meet (if only my car wasn't dirty at the time):

Finally my Nankangs have been replaced with some awesome tyes...Bridgestone Potenza Adrenalin RE002 all-round I only just got my car back with the new tyres and alignment, I can't wait to put them to the test! The tyres are really expensive (especially the 265s on the rear), but I couldn't resist because Brigestone has a deal during the month of May where you can buy 4 Potenza tyres for the price of 3, so I still saved almost $400. I should get many years out of them too, because I don't do many km's in my MR2.
