Holy crap Batman been driving this bat car to the Barossa Valley an back through the Adelaide hills. It still running fine. It needs a race track now. There no way to drive this car at its maximum it just to scary through the Adelaide Hills. Nerves are already giving me a sweat about MTC this year thinking of just how to drive this thing fast.

I know how you feel Rodney.
My car always scares the hell out of me at the track, because that's where its full performance can be realised. At the track I have no choice but to drive it as fast as I'm capable of driving it, but at the start of a track day before I hit the track it's always challenging to build up the courage! I love my car even more for having that effect on me :-)

Just about to take my car to mechanics as I have not been able to start it since it died at a SuperSprint a couple of months ago. Have done all the basic checks with no results so get a pro? to look at it. Also taking the road car to get exhaust sorted incase of need for a back up.

Just updated the competitor list again. (Probably some errors, I'm rushing :P)
New and improved timing spreadsheet has just been finished as well, should make generating the results a lot quicker!

Just out of curiosity, is there a place to get E85 down there? I have a sneaky suspicion I will need to refuel a few times...

Can't wait, It'll be the first time I'll get to stretch the legs of the car since the rebuild... can't wait!!! :D

No. The closest place to get E85 is Sutton which is just past Lake George as you head towards Canberra. It is about 40 minutes each way from Wakefield Park.
It's best to take Jerry cans full of E85 with you. Supercheap Auto sell a range of Jerry cans.

There is nowhere to get E85 in or near Goulburn. I find it extremely frustrating!
Whenever I go to Wakefield Park, I add a full tank of E85 in Sydney then use a big chunk of it driving to Goulburn, so I have to top up with normal 98 RON fuel in Goulburn which reduces the ethanol concentration to about 30-40%. My car has a flex fuel setup so it's not a big deal, but I'd prefer to have a higher ethanol concentration.
For MTC it complicates things a bit more because there are 2-3 days of racing and you use even more fuel.
This time I think I'll buy a 20L jerry can and take it with me in the passenger seat full of E85. Otherwise I'll have no ethanol left in the tank at all for the 2nd day of MTC (that's what happened for me at previous MTC events).
