Steve, any chance the MTC website reflecting these correct / locked in dates?  I think it still has Jan 6th & 7th.

I opted for 2 nights additional accomodation. I plan to stay on the Sunday, Monday and Tuesday nights.

Check your spam folders please.
This is the same form as last year and should still be working.
I'll be doing some poking around on the automated form tonight to see if I can find any issues however.

What requirements are there to participate? Helmets? Clothing? Fire extinguisher? Special licences? I've never been to a track day before, so i need to know the basics....

If it's the same as last year, you don't need a fire extinguisher or a special license. At most, you might have to get an AASA license at the event like most people do (all you have to do is fill in a form and pay a fee, IIRC it's about $50).
Most of the guys have helmets, but there would probably be some spares.

Done some forms testing with Rob K and we found that spam filter was blocking the confirmation email.
It looks like it might be a safe option to just add info@ultimatetrackdaychallenge.com.au to your whitelist / safe list on your email spam filter.
