It's quite noticible how much it dosnt get up and go

Haven't checked fuel pressure I really don't think it could be that servere
As it runs fine starts easy etc just when I stomp on it 2 times out of ten
It seems a bit hesitant or laggy

I may reset my ecu and put new plugs and a fuel filter I'm and go from there

do you have an air flow mete, checked that?

No AFM on his motor.

It may start and run ok, but in a WOT situation the flow would need to be greater.
So if it hasn't been changed recently, maybe a good idea to eliminate the fuel filter from the equation - won't cost much anyway.

yeah, ill get one today. as well as new plugs and see what happens, it had just got a ful 2.5 inch stainless polished exhaust put on, with hi flow cat and all stainless from the flex back, it was awsome, and is not loud, untill you get into it.
very happy, and it milked the kilowasps out of it, much better all through the rev range very happy,
still have the standard muffler and tips however.

so ill see how we go, im hoping it is plugs or filter,
however i dont remembver it doing it much after the new exhaust?
