I'd probably do it all at once. Will run like absolute garbage with longer duration cams on the stock ECU. Bad things could also happen with the larger turbo unless you're absolutely babying it.
 
Do you already have the supra pump? What about injectors?

Fuel system is completely stock, so just the gen3 540cc injectors.
 
Well if i don't spend this money now, im tempted to buy myself another motorbike.... :P
