Hard decision but decided to put my car up for sale

Bought this car early 2012 off a forum member Bruce.  Lovely stock example of a jdm classic :)
Previous owner completed a restoration project which included:
-gearbox reco with all new synchros, seals
-bake disks, lines, calipers and pads
-new roof rubbers, interior trim, window switches 
Excellent condition and low mileage for an '88 car.
 
I have put only 5000km since I bought it, never driven much, had plans for the car but unfortunately most of my time and money went into my other car haha.
 
Mods:
fairly stock
Enkei RP01 limited edition rims
Boost guage
Pod filter in boot
Nice aftermarket exhaust
 
Recent service performed before selling to make sure the car is in tip top shape
-all 4 wheel bearings replaced
-C/V and steering rack boots replaced
-replaced 4x lower ball joints
-replaced front radius rod bushes
-replaced front sway bar mounts
-wheel alignment
-refreshed brake lines to make them more secure
-fresh engine oil with new filter
 
This was done at Road 2 Race Chassis Tuning at Gosford
Peter there has maintained my evo and is great with suspension tuning :)
Condition: Original paint with original decals and pin stripes, front lip is excellent condition, drives perfectly some minor blemishes but as you expect from such a car. Engine untouched.
     
History: Jap import, original owner was from QLD, 2nd owner bought it to NSW and did the restore, I am the 3rd owner who has pretty much stored the car and continued with the maintenance haha.

That's a good, fair price for such a tidy, well kept SC (well, maybe a little leaning towards the buyers favor).
 
Pity you can't hold onto it or at least wait for the right buyer to come along. Avoid trading it in if you can!

Damn shame everyone missed this. Up for sale now @ Xtreme for over $8k. What'd you end up trading it in for?

I'm thinking of picking this up on Tuesday from xtreme for 8k.

I've been looking for an mr2 for a while but I just missed it here.

I know it's a bit pricey but I went from having time to look and be picky etc to needing a car very soon.

So does anyone have an idea of this cars overall condition? Rust problems etc.

Any help would be appreciated seeing as I haven't had a chance to inspect it myself yet, I'm flying down Tuesday from Queensland.

Holim if you happen to see this mate could you let me know if your car had a whiteline swaybar and a Cusco strut brace?

Dealer is trying to sell me them before I've inspected the car myself the sneaky ****.
