ive come down to a conclusion off MR2 or 180sx

i know the 180sx is just hated by cops.. so i guess its the mr2!

Im a tad concerned about the wet weather scenarios, how bad exactly is it? because from experience i know that the back off the car kicks out when i turn and give it some gas...







how dbad depends on who is drivingt. you may think its ok, some guys bhere have never had issues, s0ome have lost it on test drives or just after owning the car, me personally i hate driving this car in the wet partially due to my useless federal super sports even with 245s on the rear im sliding on heavy braking, or cornering so i take it very very easy in wet weather i learn 2 years into owning the car that wet weather and sharp bends plus taking a 90 bend too fast can result in the car very quickly doing almost a 360deg spin.. this has happened a few times in the course of the 6 or so years ive had my car.. believe me  when i say thats the car is not like any normal RWD, its doesnt give enough warning like most rwd's do before the rear end starts to shift and you can guess what happens from there on.
th 180sx is also a very well balanced car, but have a bad name with the cops which is true...
 
if you want to vent your bov, have cheap aftermarket parts available locally, and want more tuning options (the nissan stock ecu's can be retuned to a certain degree via a pc, the toyota ones are locked from factory and cannot be reprogrammed) bodykits, easy to make power out of (compared to the 3sgte) etc etc then the 180sx would be my pick..
however if you want a drivers car, something that rarer than most imports, not to mention a mid mount and quiet a unique shape then the MR2 is what you want..
