Im sure the M880 will handle a simple engine

You say that now, you give me 2 weeks to do some bits on my car. Yes, m880 is ample to handle a simple engine, but when you realise the capability on the m1, for diagnostics, personalisation and how well it handles an engine its mental. If not, wait until i finish the shop car. Have some really special stuff planned for that.

Raychem is good, but not perfect for abrasion resistance. Im pretty sure he used the HFT5000 for extra abrasion resistance.

My question was is the HFT5000 overlaped on DR25 or no?

Like this?

Correct, it is Raychem HFT5000 and yes it is installed over DR25 heatshrink.

The HFT as said just adds some more abrasion resistance. Fluids will pass through it so the DR25 is required under it so you still have a continuous chemical resistant covering
