Not much really, ill post up some pics in a few days or so, drew up a few items, had them laser cut up, getting them anodized at the moment.

Also cut up bracket for dash, had it welded onto steering column, put that back into car, again ill take pics in few days.

Very well answered!

Not much has been happening, been going slowly forward and little backwards, but as always kinda lock my self into a circle were i cant, or no point, doing thing A until i do thing B, and cant do thing B until i have received thing C. So as always i cant do anything on the car until i have finished everything on the car!

That and lack of motivation, help and money.

Ill post up some pics soon, but dont exepct to see much more done ha ha ha

Small update, not much really done, just plodding along with some of the wiring,

Bought a sheet of 2.5mm carbon plate and cut up to size for the electronics, this goes on the passenger floor area on isolation mounts, houses most of the electronic modules, except ecu which will be on the rear firewall and obviously dash ect.

Started to do bit more of the wiring.

Heres the Motec PDM32, VIM and SKM, Racegrade 20hz GPS interface and theres also the battery box for the fire bomb. It will have a few other things mounted to it later on.

These are the connectors that go onto the PDM as shown above.

For you Steve B24, regarding what we were talking about, ECU on cabin rear firewall.

I had welded some nuts onto the firewall for isolation mounts, but this was for a Vipec ECU i had, so now the bolt pattern is different, i today cut up some 2mm carbon fiber plate as an adapter and also i guess a little bit more of a heat shield.
So now its on AV mounts and air gap, should be ok from heat. If i see the ECU internal temp to high, i may have to duct some air over the case, doubt this will be an issue tho, but if your mounting the smartwire there, you may need to duct air over that. (im blowing a bit of air over my PDM and other bits thats on the pass floor)

The motec will handle a fair bit of heat, I think how you have it will be fine, I doubt you will need to have air blowing on it like the pdm
