My horror story

Took the car in for a leak above petrol tank

Turned out to be heater pipes ... $830 and 4 days later the heater pipes were repaired.

Next day went to top it up ... about 3/4 liters went it ... then found they hadnt moved the plastic above the bleeder valve[:(!] ... so i bleed it myself and ALOT of air came out. Took it to a mate at Ballarat Radiator Services (should have in the first place) and he bleed it properly and filled it more for free. (Also said he would have done the job for about 3-400)

Then drive to work today and got called up over the PA because coolent was spewing all over the ground. Once again topped it up and babied it home ... its now at the radiator joint and going up on the hoist again tommorow. Fingers crossed it didnt do any more damage.

And just to kick me while im down when i got my car back from the other joint the intorier (near the cd player ) was/is hanging off ... and not one appology just bring it in and we'll fix it again ... $830 should have got it done the first time [V]

Well thats my story

Nice action shot, I like it. Maybe just lighten the front window just a bit, I think its too dark.

Hye guys,

Update time (havent been on here in a while),

Had the car dynod a few months back and got a HUGE 119 rwkw. Seems to have some sparking issues.

Also the other day it decided to spew coolant all over the engine bay. So its now sitting in the garage until I can get it trailered to Huey at Anson Auto.

Once there he is gonna fix my coolant issues once and for all (I hope lol) plus put my greddy cooler on and new topgun spark plug leads.

Then we I get it back it will go into the shop again to get the A-Piller put in with my new gauges, get the new boost gauge put in (its an omini one, spelling???) and hopefully get my Apexi boost controller in too (just need to work out how to mount it, wanna put it in the ash tray)

Anyway thanks for reading.

Huey has swapped out the thermo and the bubbling seems to have stopped which is a defent plus ... He is going to check if it is still losing water this morning. So fingers crossed it holds up. That way instead of spending my money on fixing it I can spending on him putting my greddy cooler in and my apexi boost controller in.

On the boost controller does anyone know when the fuel cut comes into play? and what would be safe boost to run on a stock turbo?

Boost controller, cooler and spit fire spark leads are now in.

Just need to replace the a/c compressor bearings now and then ill get it back up on the dyno.
