All vehicles will be checked for safety. Scrutineering will be held in the Scrutineering Bay which is located behind the carports. It is your responsibility to ensure that your car is scrutineered.
On passing scrutineering, an OK sticker will be provided for application to the right hand side of your vehicle in a position visible in pit lane at the dummy grid.
NO STICKER NO START NO EXCEPTIONS
It is important that you familiarise with the program, listen carefully for track announcements and assemble at the designated area at the stipulated time or you may miss your session.
You are responsible for your own meals except for the Monday Night BBQ. Cafe will be open from 7.30am. Café order forms are included in your pack. Whilst there are no planned extended lunch breaks, it is suggested that you time any café request during an appropriate time when your group is not on the track.
The BBQ will be available at the cabins for those who want to supply their own food on Sunday evening. Basic breakfast supplies including cereal, toast, jam, vegemite, tea and coffee will be available in the cabins. Cook your own but watch the smoke alarms, especially if you are an early riser.
Don’t forget your hat and sunscreen. Drive safely and have a great couple of days
