I have 1992 JDM mr2 with an aftermarket front bumper, I noticed that I'm missing the fog light brackets. The the top and lower bracket as you can see in this pic I found on the net

What options do I have? can I simply buy the brackets and bolt it on or is this part of the body?

Dude,
I just change the bulb over in my stock MR2 foggies.
there are no lower bracket, just the top ones.
there is a knob at the back of the fog to center the position.
I guess you can just make up some L plates drill two holes out and mount it on?

Pretty sure you should have the top ones. They're part of the body regardless if your car came foglights or not.
Then you need the mounting brackets. You will need to purchase some. You'll need left and right brackets
part # 52126-17010 and 52125-17010 from Amayama they cost $14 each + shipping or hit the wreckers prob cheaper and quicker or make your own like MR2Jimmy said.
