I see a lot of PS conversions where they graft an electric-assist power steering lower with upper half of your original steering column. That way you don't need to worry about running hydraulic lines and a pump in the engine bay.
Only thing you need to worry about is obviously finding the correct column to fit the SW20 one, and a mechanism to turn off EPS when not in use, which usually involves tapping into an ACC power source and using a relay to turn on EPS when it detects steering movement.
