Yeah, that car is posing some serious pocket digging issues for us that live in driving distance to it.

Yeah is no too far from me as well. If I had some spare cash I'd buy it, stick it in the shed and get it running & rego'd again.

Tempting but I just bought a Legnum. A great base, but if the motor's shagged then it'd be a real pita.

do tell us more about your legnum, I just sold my series 2 black leggy :(

FYI... I had a mate of mine go and check this car out for me. He is a mechanic with a lot of experience with AW11s & SW20s. 
 
After hearing what he had to say, I would recommend anyone else interested in buying this car to be very cautious. There were quite a few anomalies with the car, and with the seller's story.
