Hi guys,
I have had this SW20 for going on four years now. I originally bought it to replace my last SW20 as a cheap daily. It has to date been the most reliable and rewarding vehcile I have ever owned. I have a vehicle for work and a home now so I can't really justify keeping it registered and insured. I could potentially unregister it as a secondary option. But for now selling it seems like a relatively sensible option.

I bought the car as an incomplete project off an old member. The body had high ks but the engine only had ~80,000kms. I got the car running and then took it to the mechanics and got the 100,000km service completed. Following this I started adding a few parts I stockpiled over the years.
 
Appearance:

Gen III rear lights and centre garnish, Holy lip, Aeroware side skirts, Pheonix Power rear pods and Duckbill Spoiler, full respray ~ 2 years old.

Wheels and Suspension:
TRD / Apexi Struct & Spring Combo
17 x 8 +32 17 x 9 +38 CR Kai's with new good quality tread
TRD Sway bar, new poly bushes
Reinforced sway bar mounting points
 
Engine: (Engineered and 100% legal and registered with TMR):
Engine out: timing belt + kit, water pump, and seals, up rated clutch, fly wheel machine.
Customised Ebay 3" dump with hi flow cat and flex section to avoid normal cracking
Customised 3" blitz exhaust with a resonator
Blitz SUS Power Filter
Ebay intercooler + Toten shroud
Gas strut for engine lid
Hi-flowed Ct26 run at 12.5psi boost.
Electronic boost controller
 
Interior:
Newer seats and door cards
Stereo with quality splits, amp and sub - amp and sub can be pulled out easily.
TRD gear knob, new leather boots, short shifter


The Good - I personally think it is a great looking vehicle. I set the electronic boost controller to 12.5psi 3 years ago and have not boosted over this! It makes an easy ~220rwhp with perfect Air/fuel ratio. It's a zippy little car and sounds great on boost. Receipts of work completed available - the only thing I personally wanted to do in the near future was to upgrade the fuel pump.

The Bad - Rear tyres can rub under large bumps, firm ride, no A/C but I was getting parts to get it going again, front lip is cracked (still looks fine though..), a few scratches here and there, wiring is not un touched - several stereo changes over the years and alarms systems etc and of course the engine swap but I guess it's consistent with other 20 y/o non-stock vehicles lastly radiator fans stay on all the time.

& The Ugly - Nothing
Spares:
I have a bunch of parts sitting around such as; brake pads, ignition leads, rotor caps, dizzy cap, ecus (maybe dead), brake master cylinder and booster and springs that I will be happy to pass on to the buyer for free. I have a replica 'combat' wing too somewhere that I'll include.
Additionally I have a beautiful set of carbon fiber targa tops that can be included with the sale.

Price and contact details:
I understand the high kms on the chassis may be a turn off, but I believe the car is a relatively unique and good looking Mr2 with a strong motor and respectable power for pretty much stock boost. I am happy to swap over the wheels to a different set I have to lower the price and also could sell without road worthy for cheaper again. .....Catching up on the spotted Qld thread.... Yeah man I parked outside Aussie World and got a lift to Bundaberg one morning, what were you doing there?
 
ps had I known you were going to be there I would have made sure to have had washed it first!

I live on the sunny coast now so its very local for me. 
 
I think the colour hid any lack of washing very well.  The thing I noticed most about it was, not one thing stands out more than the other, it all simply works together but obviously isn't stock.

That's definitely a nice move hey. In my current role I cover all jobs north of Brissie so spending more time up that way (Bundy counts as north Brisbane too...). 
 
Appreciate the comment too, I like the fact  that it isn't gash or hugely out there cosmetically speaking but it still is definitely unique. I'll have to find your build thread if it's still current I'm keen to see where you're up to.
