1 x ptfe lined shifter bushing (Assume it comes with 2 of these for each gear shifter)
1 x Square replacement Cubs for gear selector

Hi PETE have you considered buying the shifter bushings from DELTAV. They have something similar/better. I can add another shifter square no problem. 
 
Hi Phiz I can add that bushing kit but it increases the postage cost quite a bit (it adds over 2kg). I will find out how much by and tell you the difference and see if you are still willing to buy. This can add up because it will be posted about 3 times by the time it arrives at your door.

Also major issue is that I have not heard back from twosrus so this order is hinging on that... if he doesn't respond i wont be putting this group buy through. 
 

OK guys, I am not going through Twosrus anymore.. I have waited long enough to receive no response. I have organised another supplier in the USA who will supply all the parts we have asked for at Twosrus rates. Please to confirm, List exactly what you want below this post.
