Anyone used or heard of 'Pulse' plugs (spark plug)? they claim to have a capacitor or something inside which delivers up to 1 MW of power, compared to a conventional plug which gives 50 W.
They claim it runs at "twice the speed" of a conventional spark plug and gives up to 12% more hp with benefits in torque and throttle response....

Fact or fiction??

Fact, to a degree. They do indeed deliver a stronger brighter spark.
It clearly has a Stronger Spark

Are they worth it? Depends.

Don't expect to achieve 12%. That would have been the best score they got.
More likely you would see gains in the 3-5% range.

You may also consider the E3 plug, cheaper and most 3rd party tests gain around 5-10hp. So similar to Pulstar gains

I'd be skeptical, and I can guarantee you won't see gains anywhere near what they are claiming. Think about what car manufacturers go through to get the slightest gain in fuel economy. If using these spark plugs gave a 12% increase alone, they'd be on EVERYTHING.

(Edit, was actually wrong on this point. )
