The ad doesn't say if thats a snorkel or some sort of forward facing cannon.
 
The body and interior looks quite nicely done. NFI why you would put the hand brake in that position and ruin the most comfortable feature of the car.

Dunno, I have seen for sale threads where seller is willing to 'show every receipt for every dollar spent on the car'
 
then they start pulling out fuel receipts, tyre receipts..... and and on - money spent on running and maintaining a car is not value adding! its just bloody maintenance!!
