hi, for TC a basic log type manifold will do, you can buy them in DIY kit form off the net. cheap ass ebay t3 flange special would also do the job, or get a custom one made.
as a ex TC builder/owner, the best proven way IMO is to have the turbo blow into the s/c, and the rest like it is stock. air filter - AFM - turbo - s/c - i/c - TB. leave the ECU to control the s/c and don't bother with bypass valves.
