Personally I can't recommend more than souls like http://www.woodsport.org/joomla/index.php (as far as i'm concerned Paul Woods is THE MR2 specialist for V6 conversion worldwide. The information this man provides free of charge + advice is outstanding. If the was an medal for Service to Old C**ts driven Ricey Cars) ((Which apparently there doesn't happen to to be i'd cast my got for PW)) as this man chucks his advice about freely.
 
I wanted to do a V6 conversion but other agenda interfered, without promise of financial reward PW answered questions. PW is 'the' MR2 specialist. He's been there and done that. and when 'that' has failed badly - you know what? He'll tell you and the whole damn world. Cos' if it don't work for PW it won't work for you unless you are a magician, and if you are a magician well if just a dyne slieght of hand...
 
(Provisio- I Really don't know of any Dyno magician types - my observation is to suggest that Paul Woods style of business and help to  the MR2 community worldwide is quite 'Magic' he's basically electrified the Australia Community Praise To PW. 

Paul Woods is a bloody champion.
After chasing a 6 speed gearbox for my AW11 for months and having all the local sources chasing stupid amounts of money for unknown gearboxes, I happen to ask over in the UK and Paul came to the rescue. Not only did he ship me a C60 gearbox, with a ZZW30 factory helical LSD fitted, but he also included a couple of extra parts for my conversion, and linked me to his step by step guide on how to complete the conversion! He even went to the effort of chasing up a better courier company for me to save 40 quid in shipping fees. The package was shipped quickly and arrived within 6 business day, which is awesome in my books.
 
The total cost, $550 shipped! That's $200+ cheaper then any other local source...

This Paul fellow sounds like the goods

Don't use Phil Armor for dyno tuning.Located in Penrith.
He has poor communication skills and rubbish tuning abilities. Almost destroyed my engine.
