Notice of AGM 2018
 
WOW! Time flies!
 
Yes its that time of year again where we get together and review the clubs performance  for the last 12 months.
 
As always the positions are vacated as per club rules and nominations held to keep club democracy.
Paid members will have the opportunity to complete nominations and vote on the clubs committee for 2018/2019.
 
This gives the club the opportunity to get the compass pointed where the members want it to go for the next 12 months.
 
Everyone who wants to join the club are welcome to come along. (Lurking forum members are encouraged to show their faces!)
 
Apologies and items for discussion can be messaged on facebook to the clubs service, emailed directly to the club secretary, or pm'd here on the forum. There will be an agenda posted up next week so everyone can come prepared.

So after completing the mr2 agm last night i can confirm the positions of the commitee have remained as is with the addition of zac, kelly and jamie to the position of run managers. Thankyou to all in attendance and to those apologies recieved. I look forward to contributing further in the next 12 months.

Good stuff, a credit to what you all have done for the community. I only get the opportunity to catch you all a handful of times each year but its evident how much has gone into organisation of runs and events which continue to grow. Greatly appreciated.

Was well worth the 6 hr round travel to get to the AGM. Congrats to the existing Executive team and to the newly elected Run Managers. And thanks to the MG Car Club for allowing us the use of their club house. Many things were talked about and organized. I had no idea at the numbers for the club - 48 or 49 members...that's just amazing. Hopefully will see more cars on our club runs in the future. I must admit....it sucks being so far away...but I still get great vibes from this club and the comraderery that we have going here. Always worth the travel for like minded car enthusiasts. Also congrats to Zac and Kelly for the trophy win for this year😉.

Thank you to all that contribute and participate in club events over the last year. It's great that the club has so many passionate members. 
 
Big shout out to the new run managers and continuing committee members, looking forward to seeing the club develop and grow over the next year. 

Sorry Ben and other committee members, I completely forgot about the AGM.  Good to see we have steady hands on the wheel.
