Fitted an o2 sensor & got it running closed-loop @ cruising speeds etc (was getting MR2QIK like fuel economy). Straight after that, an IC hose decided it would divorce itself down the middle, so it was only running 5psi. Fixed that (back to 11psi), then began the dyno tuning. Started off with 89rwkw (apparently made 96rwkw before - dynosheet from previous owner) when Hitman began. Found it running very lean uptop (14:1 AFR), so after sorting the ignition timing & correcting the fuel map, got it running safe & true. End result was 105-110rwkw with good old mid-engined heatsoak

Intake temps of well over 60C. With correct airflow, it should react better, but clearly a W2A IC would produce a significant gain.
