Modified exhaust back from Jet-Hot. Now ceramic coated and ready to fit.

I changed it to a "long runner" design, secondary lengths now identical to OEM blacktop pipe. Also welded on a bracket for rear engine block hanger (fabricated from 2.5 mm plate).

Seems a shame to hide it away under the car!

Yes, although the coating is mainly to avoid cooking the driveshaft cv boot.
Silver is actually their cheapest colour !

Nice, very snazzy oil cooler.
I should look for one too while the $ is stills strong.

Car is now back home. Lots of tidying up to do, but the operation has been a success.

Rob - oil cooler seems very nicely made. It cost me around $300.

I am getting a custom 90 deg takeoff made up for the cooler lower oil line, so I can set the cooler just above the rear chassis rail.

For now, I'm running without a cooler, while I get the mounts made up, and replacements for the prototype filler neck.
When all the bits arrive and are welded up, I'll re-do the cooling layout and plumb in the cooler.

First dyno runs : as installed, not yet tuned.
95 kW at the wheels (est. 116 at flywheel). Happy me :)
Tacho ratio not quite right - it's a couple of hundred RPM low at the top end.

Now to sort out the dip at 6500 RPM.
