I might have one, how do you know if your mirrors are electric retract as I’m thinking mine aren’t?

Electric mirrors have 4 extra wires to cater for retract.  Standard mirrors have 3 wires Black, White and red from memory.  If the mirrors have tweeters fitted there is two extra wires.

Ohhh hahaha, no that is 'your posts' - posts you've already made.
If you want to make a post, you go into the section you want to post in (i.e. "MR2" --> "General MR2 Stuff") and then click New Thread or something. Once you've done that it'll appear in your 'your posts' section :)

And I'm in South Brisbane Queensland.

Just ordered mine through amayama, cost is less than second hand. The part number is on the back of the plastic trim towards the bottom. Toyodiy and/or few other parts websites will provide the superseded part number, have to confirm against your year and model.
