I have been building a 2GRFE over the past 12 months which will be installed in the car in June. To maximise all the work that has been done on the engine a better intake system is required. The standard runners taper out as it engages with the port. The best way to solve this is with a decent ITB or redesigned single plenum. I have been scratching around, working out what is required and have a pretty good idea but really need some help putting this to a CAD.
Is there anyone out there who is interested in helping out with this unique project?

If I find some time I might be willing to give it a shot. What style did you have in mind?

Post the port dimensions, stud location, mating face dimensions and runner angle and I'll have a go Friday night. I think given the port diameter and spacing you wouldn't be able to do a cross over style. You'd have to go vertical. You can buy universal Itb's and trumpets from the states so all you'd need is the mounting between with the injector port and maybe some vacuum feeds.

Thanks mate, will follow it up in a day or two. I have something in mind which I will send over to you. Fully aware of the cross over issue and have measured up the use of vertical stacks. The vertical will work as I am running a fastback style engine over.
It will need to be 3 x 2 throttle bodies or a stack of 6 on one plate.

If Cayn can't help you out, I may have a weekend free towards the end of next month that I can come over for the day and look at drawing it up in Solidworks.

Are you planning to manufacture this manifold by welding or casting it?
cheers

It will be cast or cnc machined intermediate manifold with bolt on throttle bodies.
