It has a Full Custom front end spray job (READ: Dodgey spray job on front guards and clear peeling on hood), it is fitted with Extractors and single 2.5" exhaust (its actually quite loud) sounds mean.
The ute was fitted with heavy duty suspension just before I purchased it so the guy could tow his boat, it has trundle tray tool box under the tray, alloy tray, tyres are about 60%, tow bar, new brake discs and pads on front end, had a big service about 3500kms ago and also had new iridium plugs, air filter done about 1,000kms ago.
has 17 inch rims, a month old Pioneer Head Unit (USB, Blue Tooth etc) with the Hands free kit for Bluetooth (Mic on door pillar), Alpine Type R Speakers 6X9's in rear and the 5inch weird Alpine Type R's in front doors.
CONDITION REPORT:
Interior:
Reasonably tidy, was a smokers car, left hand door trim has a small loose section on rear upper door card but nothing major. Manual windows, passenger side window is stiff but still works fine. Clutch take up is high on the pedal but has plenty of meat on it. Has little wind deflectors on each door window.
EXTERIOR:
both front guards have at some point been replaced with new ones which were black. they were painted by last owner at home by the looks in the standard blue. Clear coat on hood is coming off. quick blow over would clean her up nice if you prepped it right. Alloy tray is in good serviceable condition, the rear trundle tray has been screwed shut as the locks are worn out on the rear, was told by local toolbox guy it would cost me $45 to get them replaced but I have never bothered as I would never use it. The front bumper bar has been damaged on the right hand side and the edge pokes out by about 3/4 of an inch (again its a work ute so I didn't worry).
Currently fitted with a Light bar and toolboxes. these units are not included in the sale. I need these for my new ute so these will be removed prior to sale. this means there will be some 4mm holes left in tray when I unbolt them but that's about it.
Tyres are just chinese ones by the looks. they are at about 60%.
MECHANICAL:
Engine has slight oil leak (not enough to leak onto ground beneath the car so it sticks to the sump) could be a sump gasket. engine runs fine, I potter round town in it and have no dramas what so ever, its actually really good on fuel and that exhaust note makes people think a big beast is coming (which often disappoints haha). it has heavy duty suspension fitted so this has raised the ride height a little. but on road it drives nicely and the suspension handles quite well.
Transmission shifts smoothly without drama, only issue I can see here is the clutch has the take up right at the end of the pedal so you only really dip the clutch pedal to change gears.
Diff appears tight. no issues there.
Exhaust is not very old but the headers are not tuned length or anything
ELECTRICAL:
Air con needs regas, other than that works fine. the stereo is sweet to go, the headlights are new as are the bulbs and they are BRIGHT!. The cigarette lighter has been fitted with a different unit which is a little bigger so it hangs out of its housing. I never use it so its never bothered me but an easy fix really.
Kicking her off at $2800. I was going to keep her but just nowhere to put my young fella when I need so I purchased a dual cab now. if anyone knows of anyone or is interested please let me know either on here or alternatively on 0407291534.
this ute was only purchased to be a work ute and run about, so I haven't bothered trying to pretty it up I have only worried about maintaining it and keeping reliability. it is still going strong and would make a great runabout with a great note to listen to if anyone needs a work rig. I find it more than comfortable enough for the daily grind to prevent putting the K's on my other cars.
