More glue!

The next problem was that the projectors are usually supposed to be mounted inside a headlight with more space and therefor waterproof from an external housing.... so because the HI beam shield mechanism is on the bottom i couldnt glue over it.... so had to effectively create the back of the headlight....
I decided to make it out of clear perspex so i could see what was going on inside if something happened to not work?!

Next I decided the initial putty that was holding the projector in the housing that we used pose the projector looked pretty ****ty and was going to ruin the overall look inside the headlights once everything was complete..... I also needed a better surface to mount the projector to....

I decided there was too much chrome once everything was together ..... so had to prep the lights for painting!

Quick test with the lights in the car... but not adjusted yet.....

Happy that everything was working... I sealed the headlights back up and Wall-E was born!

First shake down...... You can see the beam is pretty straight.....
