OK guys!!

Havent posted in a little while.... so quess whose back!!!
Check out my build thread for my headlight conversion....

So... I bought a set of crystal housings for my car years ago with the intention of doing the complete retrofit with BMW Bixenon projectors etc etc, Funds and "that's good enough" attitude prevailed for years to come, and the Phillips H4 hi/lo kit was pretty cool... untill finally...


This Happened....... And it was time to make it all right again in the universe.....

So with 1 headlight down I sadly resorted back to stock headlights...... for a while......

All of this has to fit into that small area..

Quick test fit to see if all that stuff was actually going to fit into the headlight area....

Opened up the headlights...



Cutting begins....

Test in the car to see if the projector will actually clear the mechanism behind the headlight

The secret ingredient! Shhhh dont tell anyone.....

Due to a stuff up with my order and receiving 2 different sized projectors I decided to take advantage of the situation and the need to wait for more postage. Due to the fact that the MR2 Battery is in the middle of the car... I was going to have to modify the wiring loom anyway... so decided to order a second loom. Now I would have 2 separate sides each with their own Hi/Lo control box and fuses. Having gone through a number of different HID kits I decided this would be a good addition to trouble shooting if i needed to in the future!

Had to fire them up to check the beam pattern.....
