Hey everyone, got an issue with my headlights. I'm still getting to know these cars, as I'm new to the MR2 scene..and generally speaking auto electrics hasn't always been my strongest point. My headlights pop up, however that's as far as it gets. My parkers work, the dash illuminates, but no headlights. Fuses are good, so I'm wondering if it could be the 'Lamp Control' module (the little green box) sitting near the kickpanel fuse box. Or possibly one of the two relays sitting up top in the kickpanel fuse box.
Any help would be appreciated. I will point out that prior to this, the headlights would konk out for a couple of seconds when switching from low to high beam and vice-versa.
Cheers,
Julian :)

The problem may be the steering column high/low beam switch.

Quite a common problem on sdubs, where the copper contacts burn.
Often the high beam will be the first one to give problems.

If that does turn out to be your problem I suggest you check out:

BTW, if taking the switch apart be very careful as they are delicate and can easily crack.
