Sad day but I'm putting the MR2 on the market, I'm a mechanical engineer and since I got this car at 100,000 kms have cared for it immaculately. Oil changes done every 5000 or 7000kms (quality oil and filters), more than happy to put a serious buyer in touch with the mechanic who has worked on it.
Every car has a story, this MR2 has been my daily driver for about 8 years. It has gone Melbourne - Sydney many times without missing a beat and is extremely economical, fuel economy approx 9.5L/100km urban and 7.1L/100km extra urban.
 
As well as this the car has been set up for the track, fire extinguisher, bonnet restraint are fitted, brakes, tyres and suspension are very capable and it is ready to go for CAMS L2S events. I cannot describe how good an MR2 feels on the track, everything just feels right and you feel so alive.

Condition: This car is 18 years old, I won't try to say it's perfect but it is in very good condition. There are a few scratches on the paint and the drivers seat has a couple of tears but mechanically it is excellent and I am happy to sell with RWC.
